Can I color and/or bleach the hair?Yes. This hair can be colored, bleached, straightened, and curled. It is recommended that you wash and condition it regularly after coloring. Treat this hair as if it is your own; however, we suggest that you consult with a licensed stylist for custom color

Steps when ordering a custom wig/unitStep 1. Upload a picture of your vision for your wig Step 2. Select Hair Base: Blunt or Longer length Step 3. Select Cap size: Regular (one size fits most) XL for more head frame. Then Select if you elastic band for security Step 4. Select Hair Texture and Length. Automatically comes with 3 bundles. You can select to add an extra bundle Step 5. Select Closure or Frontal and Parting option Step 6. Pick your hair color. If you don't want color select Natural 1B Step 7. What is the turnaround time for a custom unit?Custom units take 1-2 weeks to be completed. You will receive an email with your estimated completion date within a week of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

How are the wigs secured on?Our units are made on a breathable, fitted cap with an elastic band added to hold the unit in place. No glue is necessary for any of our units.

How should I wear my hair under the wig?To ensure the most flat and natural unit application, your hair should be cornrowed. For lace closure units, we recommend parting your hair where you would like the part on the closure to lay and down from there. For frontal units, small straight back cornrows with the ends sewn up and flat are recommended.

How long do the units last?With proper care, our lace closure units can last 8 months to a year and our frontal units can last 4 months to a year. Proper care entails minimum heat use, regular wash/conditioning, no rough handling, and minimum sleeping in the unit.

What kind of product should I use on my wig?It is best to use products of high quality, free of drying alcohold and sulfates.

Can I sew the wig down?All of our wigs can be easily sewn down.

Do you do rush orders?We unfortunately do not offer rush on orders. Only shipping offered currently is standard 2-3 business days.

Wig return policyDue to the nature of the item, sales are FINAL on purchases once received. Please select options very carefully. I will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. Please note, I am not responsible for improper measurements resulting in a wig that does not fit. I am also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or photographs. If you are looking for a very specific color, I strongly recommend sending the exact color choice and brand. This small investment can save you hundreds of dollars worth of headaches.

When is payment due for any wig purchase?Payment is due when order is place. Once your order is paid, work begins on your purchase.

What are your avaliable shipping options?SBM Collection currently ships orders using USPS and FEDEX. Only providing Flat rate shipping at this time. Flat rate requires 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS or FEDEX, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777) or (800-463-3339).
